I have claustrophobia. OK, maybe it’s control issues. I don’t know, but I do know that I get really sweaty and feel like I can’t breath in certain situations. For example, elevators. Last year the thought never crossed my mind to sign up for the CrossFit Open. Last year the idea would have made me laugh out loud. But that was last year. This year my son Brock said to me, “You’re signing up for the Open, right?” This year I’m thinking it might not be such a ridiculous notion after all.
