I stood at the stove yesterday, heating up water, dumping my usual 1 cup of sugar in to melt and adding the 11 tea bags to make my homemade Kombucha and I then I realized. I’m at my stove EVERY.SINGLE.DAY making Kombucha!!

Welcome to my next installment of “You’re better than that.” If you remember, this was the phrase my amazing friend used with me, when I asked her for advice. I love it, because first of all, not too many friends are willing to say that kind of honesty to a friend. Which is mostly because we (the friend) aren’t willing to take it.
David is one of the young guns making great improvements at Yucaipa CrossFit. Like many of us, David fell in love with CrossFit after his first WOD. Unlike most, he decided to take his knowledge of CrossFit to the next level by attending a Crossfit Level 1 Seminar and become a Level 1 Trainer.
We are still in the thick of organizing our life in our new home!
It was a little like Christmas going through all my kitchen boxes and putting up our King size bed (oh how I missed my Cal King!!) We packed up a bunch of toys before we moved, so the kids are loving going through their old toys, they are like new again!!
