After almost a decade of competitive running and a series of minor injuries, I knew that I needed to increase my core strength. I started with Yucaipa Crossfit in early 2013 and after just a month of WODs I noticed my training paces increase significantly.

Pete and Keren have been members at Yucaipa CrossFit since we
opened our doors in April of last year. They are part of our special 5am crew and you are fortunate if you know them. If you don't, njoy getting to know them a little bit in this member spotlight.
What were you doing for fitness before Yucaipa CrossFit?
We've been members of a local gym for years but our workouts had become very sporadic in that it was hard to get motivated to go do the same old workout everyday.
